Vijay Ajmera Group (VAG), along with its associated group companies, was established in 1981, under the company name M/s Premier Solvents Pvt. Ltd. Initiating as a trading and distribution firm, we quickly gained momentum in the Indian Chemical market in Mumbai (Bombay), strengthening our reach in the hearts of our clients.
Our chemical industry prospects further bolstered towards success through the long vision of our Chairman Mr. Vijay Ajmera, who helped the company diversify by entering into manufacturing of Organic Esters.
The Vijay Ajmera Group has established two manufacturing companies, named as M/s Premier Solvents Pvt. Ltd. (Estd. 1993), and Panna Chemicals and Solvents Pvt. Ltd. (Estd. 2000) which are into manufacturing of a wide range of Esters. The Group is still involved in its original trading business with tremendous support and trust of our valued customers.
We are rapidly growing in manufacturing and distribution businesses. We intend to use our knowledge and expertise for increasing our manufacturing capacities – thus, promoting MAKE IN INDIA policy, for the betterment of our country.
